Soundtracks to Study To on Spotify

I study so much better when I have some music playing! It gets me motivated and when I put my headphones on, the rest of the world falls away and I really focus on my work. Students often say the same thing! Though, students love to spend an hour hunting for the *perfect* study music, not realizing how much time they’ve spent not studying (or they do and are just procrastinating…relatable). Here are 6 soundtracks I love to study or work to on Spotify!

  1. The Holiday Movie Soundtrack

The perfect Christmas movie. Be transported to a British countryside, fall in love, and ace that math test! This is definitely my most played soundtrack to work to.

2. How to Train Your Dragon Movie Soundtrack

Become a viking and tame your very own dragon while you finish that term paper!

3. The Harry Potter Movie Soundtracks

Find the magic in the world while learning chemistry. This one is over 180 hours long, so you can really master those equilibrium reactions.

4. The Super Mario Bros. Movie Soundtrack

Find child-like delight in my favourite video game franchise while you learn Newton’s laws of motion!

5. Horizon Zero Dawn and 6. Horizon Forbidden West video game Soundtracks

Explore a post-apocalyptic world while you learn the Central Dogma and protein synthesis at a cellular level. Don’t let the machines scare you while you learn!

Studying is such a necessary part of learning and the right music can really help you stay in the zone.

I hope you found this useful! I’ve written other great blog posts on math study tips, new cell phone rules in schools, and tips on applying to university, so be sure to check that out.
